Whole Names

Lately, Taylor has taken a liking to using Tyler's whole name. They were playing in their room and I heard, "Frederick Tyler Thompson, what are you doing my son?"

Or if Tyler is whining she'll say, "Frederick Tyler we are Thompsons and we are happy people. No whining. Right mom?"

She obviously gets that from me as I have to remind my children very often when they get fussy - that we are Thompsons and we are happy people. Whining is not allowed.

Lately, my personal favorite has been when she addresses him as "son." "Son, what are you doing?" "Son, where are your shoes?" "Son, mommy is calling you."

I wish I could record some of the things NyCee says. It is priceless.
