Yoga + Water Aerobics = OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! OUCH!
Although my calves hurt, I feel much better since I have started exercising again. The proof will be the scale when I go to my doctor's appointment next week.

Why are you exercising? You're are supposed to gain a certain amount of weight while you're pregnant.
