NyCee breezed through that potion of her exam. She was alright until the nurse held her down in an attempt to administer the shot. She gained the strength of Goliath. She kicked and screamed and the little tears fell from her eyes. (Conveniently, Lewis had to work so he was not there to hold her down during this process. He couldn’t take it when she had her ears pierced. He nearly left the room.)

After the shot, she immediately stopped crying. She was more upset at being held down than receiving the shot.
She returned to her happy jovial self. She even bypassed her afternoon nap. Finally around 3:45 she zonked out. What a tough day!

I hate the shots. And it only gets worse as they get older. Cameron gets his 5 year shot next week and he is not at all happy about this. And Max gets a shot the week after. Now that boy can fight!
