A Pretty Princess

NyCee's dance recital pictures from this year's performance came back from the photographer today. She looks so adorable.

Below is a picture of all the girls in her class. Aren't they just so darn cute?

NyCee started dance class again today and had a little bit of an "episode" about waiting her turn. She and I had to have a little chit-chat and now she understands my expectation regarding her behavior.
Age 2 was easy. I am praying the Lord helps me spare her life so that she can see age 4! The 3 year old year has been a little wild.

2 in and 3 out

Solve this riddle:
A woman walks into the store with her son who is wearing a pair of shoes. After selecting a pair of shoes for purchase for said son, the woman walks to the counter. Upon arrival at the counter, the woman has three (3) shoes: two (2) new shoes and one (1) old shoe. How did that happen?

This afternoon must have been exhausting. I arrived at Lorie's house to pick up the kids and found Tyler asleep, floating in the pool.

Classic!

What a day!

NyCee attended a friend's birthday party this afternoon at Michael's craft store. The party was a craft party where all the little girls made their own tee shirts. NyCee started out with an ice cream cone stencil. Well, after a couple of minutes she just went wild.

This is a picture of her masterpiece. I purposely printed the year on the shirt so that I can show this to her when she leaves for medical school.

The tee shirt will remind her she has a creative side but surgery requires precision and focus. HA! HA!

**As a side note: she starts swim lessons on Tuesday and I have been trying to find her a pair of goggles. But since it's "the end of summer," this is proving a little challenging. People, this is Arizona. The end of summer is October 31 - Honestly!

Dinner Party

Yesterday evening, I kept all four kids after work: Olivia, JD, NyCee and Tyler. While I must admit it was not bad watching all the kids, I NEVER want to be a stay-at-home mom again. I do not know how Lorie takes care of four (4) kids all day but God love her for doing it.

I have been thinking about my career path because of my children. More than likely, I will become a professor once my doctoral studies are completed. It will provide the flexibility to attend the kids' events as they get older.

Everything went black - briefly

So today I arrive at Lorie's house to pick up the kids. She (Lorie) greets me at the door and tells me NyCee received an "incident report" today. I asked "Where?" and she replied, "At church."

Lorie proceeds to tell me that NyCee called a child fat and when the teacher stepped into correct her, she (NyCee) called the teacher fat and then swung her arm as if she was going to hit the teacher. (Now do you understand why everything when black for about 30 seconds.) It is probably a good thing that Lorie did not call me at work to tell me this information because I would have left work, drove to the church, beat the living snot out of NyCee, and went back to work. I do not know where that behavior came from.

I am a firm believer of dealing with the infraction at the time. I was unable to do that but NyCee was not allowed to do anything this evening. No Dora, no treat, nothing. She is old enough to understand that behavior is unacceptable. She has never attempted to swing and hit me so I don't know where she got that. But she will be a different child tomorrow - guaranteed!

The Joy of Pudding

This is one is licking the bowl after eating all the pudding.

This is has pudding everywhere because his sister thought it helpful to put it on the tray infront of him so that he could feed himself.

And delivered them from their destructions.

Do We Live in a Barn?

I told NyCee it was bath time and she took off her clothes, put them in the laundry basket and proceeded to the bath tub.

I walked passed the bathroom to go into their room to check on Bubba. When I glanced into the bathroom, my eyes gaze upon my daughter in a squatting position peeing in the bathtub! Really?!? Am I hallucinating?

I asked why she was peeing in the bathtub. She replied, "Because I had to go potty."
"Where do you put pee-pee?"
"In the potty mom." With a smirk on her face. It took all I had not to laugh.

Seriously, why would my DAUGHTER think it okay to pee in the bathtub? I half way expect my son to do that someday but not my daughter.

"Train up a child in the way he should go, And even when he is old he will not depart from it."

Now You Can Feel The Love...

Despite the look on NyCee's face, she liked having her little brother lay on her lap while watching Blue's Clues this afternoon.

Tadbit Toasty

113 degrees + a girdle = UNCOMFORTABLE AND SWEATY.

HA! Too Much Information I know. But this weekend has been the hottest part of the year so far. That's great considering it's the middle of July. The temps were supposed to reach 116 but leveled off at 113. Praise God for the 3 degree differential.

Psalm 150 (American Standard Version)

1 Praise ye Jehovah. Praise God in his sanctuary: Praise him in the firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: Praise him according to his excellent greatness.

3 Praise him with trumpet sound: Praise him with psaltery and harp.

4 Praise him with timbrel and dance: Praise him with stringed instruments and pipe.

5 Praise him with loud cymbals: Praise him with high sounding cymbals.

6 Let everything that hath breath praise Jehovah. Praise ye Jehovah.

This is What I Do Not Understand

He climbs up onto the chair with the sole purpose of...

falling off.

Really?!? I don't understand boys

Tuesday, July 07, 2009

That Didn't Take Long...

1. Drop toy on the other side of the chairs.

2. Look for an opening and proceed through it.

3. Wiggle through opening.

4. Walk up to mommy and smile as if to say"And you thought that would stop me. Really mother?"

4th of July Weekend

We had a quiet weekend. We enjoyed fireworks at church with friends. I joked with one of my mentors whom I have named, "Pastor Nana." It was nearly 110 degrees with humidity on Saturday and I proclaimed "I am not going to hell. It is hot." Pastor Nana laughed and replied, "I know that's right." By the time the fireworks show began, it cooled off enough where it was comfortable outside.

NyCee and Tyler sat quietly on my lap and watched the show.

Dinner Time Stare Down

This toddler stage is very interesting with children. When transitioning from baby food to table food, one day a child will eat and the next day not. Well, maybe that's just my son. One day he eats his mashed potatoes and green beans. Another day, not so much.

When he doesn't like something, he picks it up and tosses it over the side of the high chair. That is unacceptable on so many levels. So Tyler and I have come to an understanding: 1. Mommy ALWAYS wins. 2. If he doesn't like something, he puts it in my hand.

Now, getting him to get all the food in his mouth instead of his hair or wherever else he feels the need to put it, is our next project.

A Star is Born

The recital went very well. NyCee did a great job! She smiled while dancing and sang really loud. Quite the proud mother I am.

Of course there was that screaming incident in the van on the way to pick up Bubba involving a cricket on her dress. But while at the theater she was great!

Day Before The Recital

NyCee had rehersal for her dance recital tomorrow. She looked so adorable in her costume.

When I got ready to take her picture, she immediately got into different dance poses.

Of course, there had to be a picture of NyCee and her BFF Olivia.

The girls' presentation is titled, "A Present for Mommy." She looked so adorable on stage dancing. Of course, I almost cried.

The picture on stage is not really visible. (I forgot the camera at home after reminding myself 7,409 times to put the camera in my purse last night.) NyCee has her arms spread and is standing to the left of the girl in the black tee shirt.

Night Time Talk

"Mommy" calls my sleepy-eyed little girl and I hear the shuffle of her feet towards me.

"Yes, punkin cake."

"I sweating" she exclaims as I notice beads of sweat on her nose. "May you turn on that please?" She points to the a/c unit on the wall.

"Yes, dear."

"Thank you mommy."

And she returned to bed and to a sound sleep. (The a/c is on but the temp needed to be adjusted to cool off the apartment a little more.)

Time Together

Initially, I requested a few days off of work to travel back east to spend time with my dad for Father's Day. It was going to be a surprise as I had been working with my sister Tarisa to pull it off. Well, I wasn't able to go to Michigan but I decided to still take the days to spend with the kids.

Usually, it's rush to pick them up, rush to get them home, rush to eat dinner, rush to read a bedtime story, and rush them to bed so that I can rush to cook dinner, wash a load of clothes, etc.

We just took it easy over the past few days. Yesterday morning, we visited one of the parks by our apartment. I took these pictures just to give a different view of the Phoenix area. Most people think its just cactus and red rock. But there are beautifully landscaped areas and man made lake beds.

This is Freestone Park. I generally take the kids there to let them run around and burn off some energy. After the park, my intent was to take them to the Children's Museum. That didn't happen as mommy grew lazy after lunch and nap time. Instead, I watched several hours of America's Next Top Model Obsessed. (I generally do not watch television and yesterday I probably watched enough for a month.)

Today we went to the zoo. The kids loved the zoo. NyCee has been so much with Lorie and her kids that she started telling me where the animals were located. Before we left, we stopped at the splash play area.

Bubba was soaked as he constantly walked through the sprinklers. He had so much fun.

Of course, I was hoping they would have stayed awake until we made it home....

but that didn't happen.

Father's Day

Last night at church, we were blessed with by the music of Bob Carlisle who sung his famous song, "Butterfly Kisses". The song was released in 1997 and until last night the words never really had an impact on me. There was not a dry eye in the place.

Last night brought me face to face with the consequence of my choices and how those consequences extend far beyond just me. Because I chose to move head of God, I married quickly, later divorced, and am now raising two children alone. But the consequence is because my children may never have the opportunity to know what it's like to have a father in the home who loves them. A man who is a true worshipper of God and loves God with his entire being. A man who would take my daughter to a father daughter dance. A man who will teach my son how to mow the lawn or play baseball. Consequences extend so far beyond just ourselves.

I am committed to never dwell in the land of regret as it applies to marrying Lewis. That union of nearly five (5) years brought forth NyCee and Tyler. They are on this earth because they each have a destiny and a purpose from God. I am honored that God gave me the privilege of being their mom. Today, NyCee said, "Mom, I am glad your my mom. I love you." I nearly broke into tears.

Many people sent me text messages which read, "Happy Father's Day because you do it all for your kids." While I know that should be a compliment, my heart truly aches for my children. I now understand why women stay in loveless marriages and jump into new relationships. It's hard being the sole care giver, financial supporter, nurturer, disciplinarian, etc. But it's even harder because I will not jump into another relationship for the sake of having someone in my bed. That's just stupid.

Any man who does not love God with his entire being and has fruit of that lifestyle, has no place in my world. Time out for compromise. God so loved the world that He gave His Son. Jesus so love that He laid down His life. Those are the two standards that any man who dare approach me must meet. He must be willing to lay down his own dreams and desires for the sake of the family. If I learned nothing else during my marriage, selfishness has no place (on the part of either party) in the relationship.

I salute every strong man, regardless of race, creed or color, who does whatever it takes to support his family and children. I salute every father who tirelessly speaks words of affirmation into the life of his wife and children. I salute every man who actively practices the words of the Apostle Paul:

"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her..."
Ephesians 5:25

Love is not love until it is put into operation - it's an action. Jesus showed us His love by giving up His life that we may live. Men, show your wives you love them. Dads, show your children you love them. Love should not be a secret. Jesus was hung openly on a cross for all humanity to witness.

Ghetto Rigged

Before my son gained his upward mobility skills (walking), I kept saying I needed to get a gate for the kitchen area. He likes to play in the cabinets. Although, I have stopped him from doing that, he often times walks in there while I am cooking. Today, he almost touched the oven door to brace himself but started whinning because he felt the heat.

So I had to come up with a creative way to keep him out of the kitchen. When you have to pinch every penny, the creative juices start flowing. Isn't there a saying, "Necessity is the mother of invention?"

Tyler grew a little frustrated when he couldn't move the chairs out of his way.

NyCee then came and asked, "Mom, whatcha doing? I can't get pass." I explained to her the purpose of the chairs. She then sat on the legs of the chair to prevent Bubba from coming into the kitchen. As you can see, he didn't take to kindly to her sitting in his way. He grabbed her shirt to try and pull her out of the way.

All that rough-housing must have tired out both of them.

Psalm 23 (Contemporary English Version)

(A psalm by David.)
The Good Shepherd
1You, LORD, are my shepherd.
I will never be in need.

2You let me rest in fields

of green grass.

You lead me to streams

of peaceful water,

3and you refresh my life.

You are true to your name,

and you lead me

along the right paths.

4I may walk through valleys

as dark as death,

but I won't be afraid.

You are with me,

and your shepherd's rod makes me feel safe.

5You treat me to a feast,

while my enemies watch.

You honor me as your guest,

and you fill my cup

until it overflows.

6Your kindness and love

will always be with me

each day of my life,

and I will live forever

in your house, LORD.

Evening Stroll

Psalm 37:19 (New Living Translation)

"They will not be disgraced in hard times; even in famine they will have more than enough."

The kids and I went for a walk this evening. The temperature was about 86 degrees with a light warm breeze. We walked to the Blockbuster to rent a video for movie night.

Lately, I have grown fond of watching the sky. I believe it to be one of God's most beautiful masterpieces. Have you ever stopped to really look at the sky? It is a grand phenomenon that is ever changing. It reminds me of my life. Two years ago, my world crashed down around me. I didn't know which way was up. But the most valuable thing that I have learned is to praise God in all situations and ask Him to show me the purpose of the situation.

Although things are much better for me than they were last year this time, there are times when it is challenging. Often times, I do not have enough money to make it between pay checks - yet, God always provides. There are times when I do not know how a need will be met - God ensures there is no lack in my house.

I have learned not to spend frivolously. I have learned to tell my money where to go rather than asking "where did it go?" I have learned to get back to basics. And I believe that to be a very positive thing. I do not have any credit cards. I have to rely solely on God. In that, I have learned to be thankful for everything. Being thankful for everything helps me not to complain about anything. I have also learned that someone is worse off than me. So I have learned the importance of giving because I am more blessed than I think I am.

Tonight, I was able to rent a movie because of a gift card I received. NyCee wanted to watch Madagascar - it was only 99 cents to rent. The gift card was valued at $5 so I rented two movies tonight and we can watch another one tomorrow evening. It's a simple thing but I am grateful for the simple things.

I know that tomorrow will better than today and this situation is temporary. Just the like ever changing sky, my circumstances are ever changing for the better. Remember the words of David:

Psalm 103 (New Living Translation)

A psalm of David.
1 Let all that I am praise the Lord;
with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
2 Let all that I am praise the Lord;
may I never forget the good things he does for me.
3 He forgives all my sins
and heals all my diseases.
4 He redeems me from death
and crowns me with love and tender mercies.
5 He fills my life with good things.
My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!
6 The Lord gives righteousness
and justice to all who are treated unfairly.

7 He revealed his character to Moses
and his deeds to the people of Israel.
8 The Lord is compassionate and merciful,
slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
9 He will not constantly accuse us,
nor remain angry forever.
10 He does not punish us for all our sins;
he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve.
11 For his unfailing love toward those who fear him
is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.
12 He has removed our sins as far from us
as the east is from the west.
13 The Lord is like a father to his children,
tender and compassionate to those who fear him.
14 For he knows how weak we are;
he remembers we are only dust.
15 Our days on earth are like grass;
like wildflowers, we bloom and die.
16 The wind blows, and we are gone—
as though we had never been here.
17 But the love of the Lord remains forever
with those who fear him.
His salvation extends to the children’s children
18 of those who are faithful to his covenant,
of those who obey his commandments!

19 The Lord has made the heavens his throne;
from there he rules over everything.

20 Praise the Lord, you angels,
you mighty ones who carry out his plans,
listening for each of his commands.
21 Yes, praise the Lord, you armies of angels
who serve him and do his will!
22 Praise the Lord, everything he has created,
everything in all his kingdom.

Let all that I am praise the Lord
.

Strut He Does

Tyler has decided to join the land of the walking toddlers. I figured he would because he was kicked out of the infant room. Now, he is busier than ever. But he has learned to play by himself. I caught him doing a slam dunk with his basketball set. That's pretty cool.

Then later, I went into their room and found him throwing all the books onto the floor.

He did attempt to clean them up. Well, he started throwing the books into the toy box. At least he didn't knock all the books off the shelf and then walk/crawl away.

Dresses on Parade

NyCee has received very cute dresses from her Nana Ida. Whenever a dress arrives in the mail, she opens the package and exclaims, "I'm going to be a princess." She loves wearing the dresses. She twirls and and turns saying, "Looking Mom. I'm pretty."

Catching Up

Last week, my Internet service was inoperable. It was just restored this morning. This post is to catch everyone up on our lives out here in the Valley of the Sun.

The weather as been really beautiful. Nice cool mornings and evening. The temps have been in the low 90s. For this time of year in AZ, that is great weather.

Tyler has started taking a few more steps. He walked from the kitchen to the dining room table the other day. He walks when the mood hits. Also, he is on table food now. This age is so hard because one day he eats table food the next he doesn't. I decided I have had enough spending $30 on baby food that he only eats half the time. So, I cut up his dinner in little bite sized pieces, put it on the table and walked away. Viola! He ate all the food - along with his foot.

NyCee takes dance class once a week. Last week, she won the blue ribbon for knowing all the dance steps to the routine for the upcoming recital in two weeks. (Her face is painted because Cinderella was at the dance studio that day to celebrate Olivia's birthday.)NyCee really enjoys dance class and has become quite the little twinkle toes.

As for me, I am working and praying daily to maintain my sanity. I stopped the program for the second Master degree. The school work was not the problem. I did not like the structure of facilitation at the university. Therefore, I am working on a few projects before I start school in September.

Already this morning....

Generally, on Friday nights I comb NyCee's hair for the week. That didn't happen yesterday as I was exhausted. Bright and early this morning, NyCee walked into my room exclaiming, "Mommy, I'm hungry." Bright and early in Arizona is approximately 530a. I sent her back to bed.

Then around 600a when it was really bright outside, she called my name saying, "Mommy, the sun is out." So I pulled myself out of the bed and the day began. Breakfast for NyCee, a kitchen to clean, clothes to wash, floors to vacuum, bathrooms to clean, etc, etc, etc. It is 1000a and I am exhausted.

I still have clothes to iron for the week, dinner to cook for Sunday, in theory, NyCee's hair needs to be combed but that won't happen today, and I have to work in the nursery tonight at church. Not to mention, I have not been grocery shopping yet.

Now imagine, this is a Saturday day morning. Monday - Friday starts for me around 445a or 500a. Kids to dress, off to the sitter, drive to work. Work for 9 hours, pick up the kids, get home to give them dinner, baths and bedtime stories. Then I have approximately two (2) hours to cook dinner for the following evening and work on any personal projects.

Some days I just want to curl up and cry I am so exhausted. And some days I do cry. But I cry out to God in faith knowing He carries me through every situation.

"Christ gives me the strength to face anything."
Philippians 4:13 (Contemporary English Version)

He got the boot!

Normally, when children have their 1st birthdays but are not yet walking, they remain in the infant room. Well, not my son. Last night, I left them at church for a couple of hours to run a few errands. When I went to the room to pick up Tyler, I was advised that he was moved to the one (1) year old class.

Not that I care. But the reason he was moved was because he threw goldfish and Nana Paula and then clunked a baby on her head. Really Bubba? Did it have to be my son that threw goldfish? I can already see I have a lot of work to do with this one.

But all the workers told me that he did great holding his own in that classroom. Perhaps being in the one (1) year old class with all the walkers will give him the initiative to start walking. I have figured out the only reason he doesn't walk is because he gets to his destination faster by crawling.

BFFs

Yesterday was Olivia's birthday. She turned 4 years old. I was at work but they enjoyed the day with pizza and games at Chuck 'e' cheese.

On Thursday evening, I picked up the kids and Olivia was out enjoying a day with her grandparents. Lorie, Olivia's mother, sent a text message saying Olivia missed Taylor and wanted me to bring her over so they could play. This was at 8 or 9 at night. Imagine that when they are together for at least 10 hours a day 5 days a week!

They are really cute. I am looking for to them growing up together. They will be attending pre-school together in the fall. They are no longer in the same class at church because the 3 and 4 years olds are in separate classrooms.

Enjoying Simplicity

Watching the kids play this afternoon was very interesting. Tyler is quite the boy trying to hold his ground. NyCee is careful when she plays with him until he pulls her hair then she gets mad and yells, "Mom, buddy pulled my hair." To which I reply, "Bubba, do not pull your sister's hair please."

We enjoyed a day of rest at home all day. It was great. NyCee woke up at dawn's early light but Tyler and I slept until about 8:00a. It was nice.

For the past several weeks, I have managed to keep my son from playing in the toliet. I am not sure why this is a facination for boys but it is. Today, he beat me to the punch. NyCee said, "I need to go potty." I replied, "Go potty." The bathroom door, as with all other doors, generally remain shut. Well, Tyler saw the door open and crawled at the chance to get to the bathroom.

When I walked in the bathroom to check on NyCee, what do my shocked eyes find: Tyler playing with the toliet water while NyCee is sitting on the toliet! Thankfully, she had not yet made a deposit. I asked NyCee why didn't she tell me buddy was playing in the toliet. She just smiled and laughed.

Tumbling Taylor

NyCee attends dance class on Thursday afternoons. The couple who owns the studio attends my church and takes good care of NyCee while she is there. Charles, the owner, told me NyCee is often behind the front counter helping him and telling him what is happening in the classrooms by looking at the screens.

Ever since conquering her flipping fear, (I make her shout "No fear here" when she is apprehensive about trying something new) she is a flipping machine. She has been practicing and has almost perfected her tumble.

She makes it over in a perfect ball.

And stands right up to take a bow, exclaiming, "Thank you, Thank you everybody. Thank you."

A Slight Change of Wording

NyCee has decided to change the words of the prayer she prays before eating her food:

"Open and shut them, open and shut them (motions with the hands),
Give a little clap, clap, clap."

"Open and shut them, open and shut them,
place them in your lap, lap, lap."

"Thank you God, Thank you God for our" (what should be food), NyCee has changed to fit whatever she is eating. So whenever she eats, it is "Thank you God for my granola bar or my fruit snacks or my chicken, greens beans, and pasta, or my chips, or my milk." You get the point.

Yesterday, she stopped in the middle and said, "Mommy, what's this?" Pointing to her dinner. I replied, "Sheppard's pie." "Thank you God, Thank you God for my Sheppard's pie."

And then continued with the song:
"All of us together, all of us together.
Thank you God, Thank you God
In Jesus Name we pray, AMEN!"

I envision Jesus cracking up laughing everytime she prays over her packet of fruit snacks.

Philippians 4:5-7 (New Living Translation)
5 Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.

6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.

7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus

Pantsless

Many people have told me, "Every child is different" when I make comments about how Tyler is versus how NyCee was at this age. Tyler is busy and that is putting it mildly. Some times, I feel like all I say is, "Son, no. Son, stop. Bubba, don't touch." But lately, he has kicked it up a notch.

He likes to attempt to play in the toilet, open cabinets and drawers, throw the contents of said cabinet or drawer onto the floor, and then stand up and clap as if he did something good.

Now, in contrast to his sister, he actually sleeps in the crib. NyCee would have nothing to do with the crib. Tyler will play by himself with his toys, play with his feet, sing, whatever. But tonight, he was screaming his head off because he wanted another bottle of milk. Generally, I do not give in to him in the middle of a tantrum. The tantrum must pass and then he can get whatever he is wanting. I.e, cup of milk, toy, etc.

But tonight, I had some school work to finish and I am just tired so I poured another cup of milk and took it to the room. When I turned on the light, I see his pajama pants on the floor. I had to pause for a moment and try to figure out how his pants got off his bottom and onto floor. I asked NyCee if Bubba took off his pants, and she just laughed.

My son is 13 months old and figured out how to remove his pants, reach over the top of the crib and throw them onto the floor. What will he think of next?

Direct your children onto the right path and when they are older, they will not leave it.

Not a whole lot to tell

I thought I would just provide a brief update. We are just living and enjoying life. I am back in school working on a second master's degree until I start my doctoral program in September.

NyCee is quite the talky Taylor. She is really developing and growing.

Tyler is standing on his own. No steps yet but I am sure they are soon to follow.

Mother's day was quiet. The kids and I attended church, came home, had dinner and just played. It was a really good day.

The weather has been warm. It was in the low triple digits most of last week. Thank God the triple digits didn't hit until May as you know I do not turn on the a/c before May. However, I live in AZ so there are times when exceptions must be made. Especially when my three (3) year old exclaims, "Mommy, I sweating" after taking a bath.

Alone He Stands

We are one step closer to actual movement. He can stand himself straight up from the sitting position.

In Need of Repair

I will be having my computer repaired over the next couple of days. It is absolutely amazing to me how much we never miss an item until it is gone. I am scrambling trying to complete anything which requires my computer. I had to move all my the files because basically the computer will be rebuilt. That is a good thing but hopefully, I didn't forget anything.

Psalm 32:11 (Amplified Bible)

Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you [uncompromisingly] righteous [you who are upright and in right standing with Him]; shout for joy, all you upright in heart!

Blog to ya in a couple of days :~D
