The Final Round

NyCee turned six months old on Wednesday, September 20 and she had to get her final round of infants shots today. She did so well. She only cried when the nurse held her down. It was a little funny because she had a delayed reaction after the shot was administered. She looked around as if she did not understand what was going on. And then she let us have it.

We are home now and she has yet to take a nap. She literally has had 2 ten minutes breaks today. That is all. She has been up since 9:00a.m. You can only imagine how cranky she is without a nap. It is time for drastic measures. I think I may have to get out the drugs to "aid" her with napping. Would that make me a cruel mother? I think not! Her cousin Ella gets a little somethin' somethin' to help make it through the day. NyCee is just following in her cousin's footsteps.
